The Palette - Melody Composing Tool is Music Software that helps to compose the melodies. This program is based on the theory of composition and the theory of harmony. The program operates with such concepts as a phrase, sentence, period, motive, methods of motive development: sequence, variation, motive inversion, repetition, extraction, new rhythm etc. All these terms are described in the Theory chapter of the program manual.
